We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as we possibly can. But please bear with us - we're not Amazon, and things can sometimes take a few days to organise. If you're ordering items that are signed then this may take a little longer depending on whether we have any that have already been signed in the studio and if not then it's down to when Iain & Jane's schedule means they are able to find the time to sign your item. But we know waiting for deliveries sucks, and we really will make sure delays are kept to a minimum.
We try to charge shipping at a fair rate (usually just the actual cost of postage rounded to the nearest pound) and will ensure that your order is packaged well to avoid damage in transit. Orders outside of the UK will of course take longer to arrive, but if your order has not arrived after 28 days wherever you're based, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility and you should probably check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be if you don't want it to be a nasty surprise.
Packages are by default uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liabilty for loss or damage. If you specifically require insurance then please contact us before placing your order and we will try to arrange for you, at an additional cost. It'll depend how busy things are in the studio, but f we can, we will.
This is a small shop offered as a service to people who wish to buy these items and we logistically can not accept returns or exchanges, other than on items that are clearly faulty. If you believe that you have received a faulty item please contact us within a week of delivery and we will be very happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
